My goal as I’m sure many of yours are, is to live my healthiest lifestyle in 2020. Taking care of my health has been very important to me lately. One of the steps I have taken is introducing supplements into my diet. I have chosen to do so with Physicians Choice products.

I have heard for years about the wonders and benefits of apple cider vinegar. Up until now, I hadn’t taken the opportunity to introduce it to my diet. It’s that easy, no need to actually drink a shot of apple cider vinegar daily (gross).

There are so many benefits of apple cider vinegar capsules. One of my favorites is that they help regulate blood sugar. This is a big one for me as I’ve had trouble in the past with my blood sugar. Collagen

Just like apple cider vinegar, I have been hearing that I need to add collagen to my diet. What I didn’t know is that with age our collagen production decreases. This starts happening around the age of 21 years old.  This can cause wrinkles, increased cellulite, brittle hair, as well as brittle nails.

To combat these effects I have introduced Physicians Choice Collagen Peptides Powder into my diet. The best part is that the powder is odorless and tasteless so I can add it to almost anything and not notice. Some things I have been adding it to is coffee, yogurt, soup, or even in water. Iced Cinnamon Collagen Latté Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of Physician’s Choice Collagen Peptides Powder
  • 8oz of milk
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • Splash of cinnamon creamer
  • Powdered cinnamon
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Make and pour your shot of espresso in a tall glass
  2. Add one scoop of collagen powder into the hot espresso and mix together
  3. Combine your milk and a splash of your creamer into your milk frother
  4. Froth you’re milk on a cool setting
  5. While milk is frothing. Add ice into espresso/ collagen mixture
  6. Once the milk is done frothing pour the milk over the espresso
  7. Top with powdered cinnamon

Adding supplements for my health and wellness is something I am so happy I finally decided to do.
